(1)Ophthalmology Specialist for “International Specialist Eye Center Yangon“ ( Full time/ Part time )M/F(5) Post

  • Doctor should be a specialist with sound experience and reputation in Ophthalmology.
  • Minimum of ( 5 ) years work experience with Govt/Private Hospitals / Health Posts/ Centers. ( Familiar or experiences with Advanced Ophthalmology Equipment are preferred).
  • Valid Certificate of Registration and Practicing Certificate issued by Myanmar Medical Council.
  • Experience in coaching, teaching, mentoring and managing of clinical staffs is highly desirable.
  • Good personality and attitude, good personal grooming and ability are required.
  • Work smart , ethical performance and consistently work in a positive cooperative manner with fellow team members.
  • Well Communicate with all staff, patients, and families with interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in English 4 skills and computer literacy.

(2) Admin & Finance Manager(1) Post

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (B.Com, CPA/ACCA / Master degree of related field are preferred).
  • At least 4 years experience in related field.
  • Manage day-to-day finance/Account operation.
  • In charge of the full set of accounts and Month End Closing.
  • In charge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Prepare and manage cash flow and annual budget.
  • Interact with creditors, bank, tax authority, audit firm.
  • Prepare monthly Payroll and participate in the stock take observation.
  • Pricing support for services and business plan.
  • Prepare monthly, annual financial reports to CEO and board members.
  • Experience with computerized general ledger accounting packages.
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations, legislation, and international financial standard.
  • Manage Office & Staff administration.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and strong organizational skills.

(3) Receptionists(1) Post

  • Any Bachelor Degree.
  • At least 1 years experience in related field
  • Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phones. (Verbally In Myanmar And English Language)
  • Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
  • Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized
  • Registers the new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting patient detailed information .
  • Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
  • Well understanding of customer care & customer satisfaction.
  • Protects patient confidentiality by making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving plain site and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended
  • Corrects and checks the evaluation forms monthly.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, Good listener, good manner and positive attitude.
