(1) Finance Manger(1) Post

  • B.Com, CPA/ACCA / Master degree of related field
  • At least 4 years experience in related field
  • Strong communication skill and teamwork spirit
  • Calculate Pricing and Costing for various hospital services. .
  • Review and check of monthly financial reports and submit to Head Office within given period.
  • Perform pricing review of hospital services and report to management.
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc various management report according to management requirement.
  • Solving accounting discrepancies and irregularities of accounting matters.
  • Responsible for all taxes obligations.
  • Participate and involve in organizational management and administration task.
  • Ensures timely submission of monthly financial reports.
  • Prepares budget revisions in close coordination with the general manager when necessary.

(2) Senior Nurse(1) Post

  • Must have Bachelor Degree (B. N S c ) or Nursing Diploma with valid Nursing license.
  • At least 3 years experience in ophthalmology and also welcome fresh graduates.
  • Strong understanding of emergency protocols and nursing actions during an emergency.
  • Will demonstrate knowledge in all aspects of nursing and technical ability to operate all medical equipment.
  • Perform direct patient care ,utilizing established procedures, policies and standards of hospital.
  • Ability in technical skills when administering treatment and procedures, able to handle emergency situations in a prompt ,precise and professional manner.
  • Accountable and responsible for patient or visitor to hospital .

(3) Nursing Assistant(NA)(5) Posts

  • High School diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred) and valid nursing license.
  • Respond immediately to calls from patients for assistance or treatment and alert medical staff to pending emergency situations.
  • Ensure all patients are given safe and high quality perioperative care.
  • Ability to check all medical equipment , surgical instruments are in good working conditions and to report if they are faulty to the superior.
  • Understand the sterilization of all surgical instruments follows the correct sterilization guidelines and their storage and usage as per the organization SOP.
  • Well knowledge in all surgical supplies, equipment, instruments in the OT and maintained drugs for surgeries are available and are within the expiry date.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Management and Superior.

(4) Pharmacists(Pharmacy)(1) Post

  • Degree Holder of B. Pharm
  • At least 2 years experience in related field.
  • Good personality and attitude , good personal grooming and ability to deal with specialists.
  • Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.

  • Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
  • Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians' work flow; verifying their preparation and labeling of pharmaceuticals; verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.
  • Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals; counseling patients on drug therapies.
  • Maintaining records for controlled substances; removing outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory; supervising the work results of support personnel; maintaining current registration; studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; advising management on needed actions.
  • Carry out additional duties/responsibilities when necessary or as instructed by the Management and Superior.

(5) Center Executive (Health Care Service) (1) Post

  • Any Degree ( Electrical/ Mechanical technician or related Diploma are preferred ).
  • Minimum 3years experiences in the related area .
  • Assist in staff administration and daily operation.
  • Participate in sale and marketing and business planning .
  • Assist in supply chain and warehouse function.
  • Perform building and soft system maintenance including M&E .
  • Monitor office security and report back to Manager .
  • Good personality and attitude, good personal grooming and ability to deal with specialists.
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn.
  • Computer literacy, presentations, emails, documentation and database.

(6) Cashier & Finance Assistant (1) Post

  • Any Graduate or minimum LCCI level – 2.
  • At least 2 years experience in related field.
  • Prepare and check source documents (eg. Debit & credit vouchers, etc.).
  • Check the advance payment and claim cash refund with attachments and supporting documents.
  • Entry of daily revenue & expenses in cash book.
  • Count money for daily expenditure at the beginning and end of everyday to ensure that balance amount are correct and there is definite change.
  • Prepare daily report and submit the report together with cash balance of payment to Finance Manager with complete vouchers and attachments.
  • Undertake any additional and reasonable duties as assigned.
  • Enquire the price of office equipment and other medical equipment’s/ pharmacy and ask for quotation.
  • Assist Hospital Manager and Management team for preparation of financial report.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic personality.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, motivational and organizational skills.

(7) Receptionists(1) Post

  • Any Graduate
  • At least 1 years experience in related field.
  • Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phones.
  • Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
  • Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized.
  • Registers the new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting patient detailed patient information including personal and financial information.
  • Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.
  • Responds to patients', prospective patients, and visitor inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Keeps office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment.
  • Protects patient confidentiality by making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving plain site and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended.
  • Corrects and checks the evaluation forms monthly.
